China Chengtong Development (00217) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 31 December 2016 dropped 22% year-on-year to HK$63.804 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK1.1 cents.
The turnover was HK$716.6 million, an increase of 24.3% from a year earlier.
Gross profit grew 18% year-on-year to HK$132 million. Gross profit margin for core business of the Group was about 18.5%, representing a decrease of 1 percentage point from a year earlier.
No final dividend will be distributed.
