UMP Healthcare (00722) said its profit attributable to owners for the six months ended 31 December 2016 dropped 60.8% year-on-year to HK$2.94 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK0.399 cents.
The revenue was HK$250 million, an increase of 15.6% from a year earlier.
The proposed interim dividend is HK0.5 cent (2015: Nil) per share, payable on or about 7 April 2017.
