International Housewares Retail (01373) said Ngai Lai Ha, who is currently the Vice-Chairman and an executive director, will be appointed as the Chairman of the Board and the Chairman of the nomination committee with effect from 1 March 2017, in place of Lau Pak Fai Peter who will remain as an executive director and a member of the nomination committee.
Lau will be appointed as Honorary Chairman on the same day.
