WH Group (00288) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 31 December 2016 rose 31.8% year-on-year to US$1,036 million, after biological fair value adjustments.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were US7.58 cents and US7.25 cents.
The turnover was US$21,534 million, an increase of 1.5% from a year earlier.
The proposed final dividend is HK21 cents (2015: HK12.5 cents) per share, payable on or about 19 June 2017.
