Beijing Capital Land (02868) said it agreed to purchase from MTR Corporation (00066) 49% equity interest in Tianjin TJ-Metro MTR Construction Company Limited at Rmb1,300 million.
The project company is engaged in the development of the site located at north of the Xiao Wang Zhuang Jin Pu North Road, Hebei District, Tianjin, the PRC. The site is planned for the development of a complex with commercial and residential properties, offices, shopping malls and other facilities above ground level as well as car parks and commercial properties underground.
