China Resources Phoenix Healthcare (01515) said it reported a loss attributable to owners of Rmb1,507 million for the year ended 31 December 2016, as compared to the profit of Rmb167 million for the previous financial year.
Basic and diluted loss per share was Rmb1.67.
The revenue was Rmb1,533 million, an increase of 11.7% from a year earlier.
The gross profit grew 23.4% year-on-year to Rmb407 million. Due to the relatively significant increase in profit and gross profit margin contributed by the Group's hospital management services segment and GPO business segment, the aggregate gross profit margin increased to 26.5% from 24%.
The proposed final dividend is HK6.3 cents (2015: Nil with special dividend of HK12 cents) per share, payable on or before 30 July 2017.
