Longfor Properties (00960) said its profit attributable to shareholders for the year ended 31 December 2016 rose 1.8% year-on-year to Rmb9,153 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were Rmb1.57.
The revenue was Rmb54,799 million, an increase of 15.6% from a year earlier. Contracted sales grew 61.6% year-on-year to Rmb88,144 million.
Gross profit margin increased by 1.7 percentage points to 29.1%.
Excluding effects, such as minority interest and valuation gains, core net profit rose 11.8% to Rmb7.76 billion.
The proposed final dividend is Rmb46.6 cents (2015: Rmb35.7 cents) per share, payable on 7 July 2017.
