SFK Construction (01447) said its profit attributable to the equity shareholders for the year ended 31 December 2016 rose 47.3% year-on-year to HK$106 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK26.5 cents.
The revenue was HK$3,002 million, an increase of 9.8% from a year earlier.
The favourable results were mainly the combined effect of the award of several sizeable projects during the year and the increase in contributions from our ongoing projects between years in accordance with the work progress.
The proposed final dividend is HK17.5 cents (2015: HK25 cents) per share, payable on or about 6 June 2017.
