Feiyu Technology (01022) said the company and Beijing Star World Technology Company Limited mutually agreed not to proceed with the cooperation and planned to enter into a termination agreement to terminate the cooperation and the license agreement.
The parties entered into a license agreement in relation to the cooperation between Feiyu and Star World to distribute and publish Shen Xian Dao 2 on Star World's platforms and/or third parties' platforms which are approved by Star World. In order to make the Game available on diversified third-party distribution platforms and to enhance the flexibility of distribution and operation, after careful consideration and negotiations on friendly basis, the parties agreed to terminate the cooperation.
As the game is now still under development and has not yet launched and operated commercially in the market, Feiyu believes the termination shall have no material adverse impacts on the business and operations and financial conditions of the group.
