Top Spring (03688) said the Group recorded contracted sales of properties and contracted sales of car park units of about HK$692.7 million for the first quarter ended 31 March 2017, a decrease of 48.9% year-on-year, with contracted gross floor area (GFA) sold amounting to about 22,942 square metres and 304 car park units.
During the first quarter of 2017, the Group had subscribed pre-sales of about HK$304.1 million with subscribed GFA amounting to about 14,529 square metres and 78 subscribed car park units.
The contracted sales and the subscribed pre-sales together amounted to about HK$996.8 million, a decrease of about 44.6% on a year-on-year basis. The decrease in contracted sales was primarily because of a reduction in available saleable resources during the first quarter of 2017.
