Youyuan International (02268) said it agreed to acquire the remaining 59% equity interests in Xin Wing Enterprises Limited at about US$227 million.
The target group is principally engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of wallpaper products with manufacturing facilities located in Zhangzhou, Fujian, the PRC. Subject to the Group's production capacity, the Group may in the future sell its wall paper backing paper to the target group for production of high quality wall paper finished products.
