China Water Industry (01129) said Deng Jun Jie has been appointed as a Chairman, an executive Director and a Chairman of the Nomination Committee with effect from 21 April.
Deng is currently the chairman of the board of directors of Honghu Capital Co. Ltd. and a chairman of a number of companies in China. He possesses over 25 years of experiences in industrial sector, involving real estates, environmental protection, culture, aviation and other fields.
Lin Yue Hui, currently an executive Director, has been appointed as a Chief Executive Officer and is re-designated from a member to a Chairman of the Investment Committee with effect from the same day.
Wang De Yin has resigned to act as a Chairman, a Chief Executive Officer, an executive Director and a Chairman of both of the Nomination Committee and the Investment Committee and other directorship in subsidiaries of the Group with effect from 21 April due to other business engagement which requires more of his attention and dedication. Wang De Yin was appointed as a chief consultant subsequent to the cessation of his aforesaid service.
