Sunshine Oilsands (02012) said its non-executive director and vice chairman of the board of directors Michael John Hibberd acquired a total of 500,000 shares through on-market purchase on 19 May for a total of HK$137,500.
After such acquisition, Hibberd holds about 1.88% stake in Sunshine Oilsands.
Hibberd is confident about the future prospects of Sunshine and the oil industry and believes that there will be continued growth and development of the corporation. Hibberd does not rule out the possibility of further increasing his shareholding in Sunshine as he feels appropriate in the future.
