UBA Investments (00768) said it reported a profit attributable to equity holders of HK$4.83 million for the year ended 31 March 2017, as compared to the loss of HK$10.17 million for the previous financial year.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK0.46 cents.
Revenue amounted to HK$16.17 million. Gross proceeds from disposal of trading securities decreased 10% from HK$319 million to HK$286 million as the Group started to invest more in unlisted shares and expecting to bring on better returns than trading in listed securities.
No final dividend will be distributed.
