Astrum Financial (08333) said its controlling shareholders, Autumn Ocean, today purchased in the open market a total of 185,000 shares of the company at an average price of HK$0.397 per share.
Immediately after the purchase, Autumn Ocean holds 529.8 million shares, representing 66.22% of the total issued share capital of the company.
Autumn Ocean is a company wholly owned by Pan Chik, the chairman of the Astrum Financial.
