Beijing Sports and Entertainment (01803) said it agreed to inject a sum of Rmb63.75 million in cash into Zhonghu Haizhou (Shenzhen) Business Equipment Co., Limited.
Upon completion, the target company will be owned by Beijing Sports and Entertainment as to 51%.
The target company will be engaged in building world-class real ice rank, indoor ski and ancillary facilities in the PRC.
