Future World Financial (00572) said Liu Steven Qiang has tendered his resignation as an executive director and the chief executive officer with effect from 24 June as he intends to devote more time to his other overseas business engagements.
Cai Linzhan ill be appointed as an executive director and the chief executive officer in place of Liu with effect from the same day. Cai is currently the Chief Strategy Officer (Film Production) of China Wisdom Group Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Future World Financial since August 2016.
