The Lands Department said today the tender for a site, Sha Tin Town Lot No. 611 at Whitehead, Ma On Shan, Sha Tin, New Territories, has been awarded to the highest tenderer, Pacific Asia Limited (parent company: Sino Land (00083)), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of HK$1,383 million.
Sha Tin Town Lot No. 611 has a site area of about 4,620 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 6,653 square metres and 11,088 square metres.
