SkyOcean International (00593) said it agreed to acquire from Hunan DreamEast Cultural Investment Co., Ltd. project plans prepared by Hunan DreamEast in relation to seven parcels of land no. 1-7 situated at Jin Pan Village, Chejiang District, Yunji Town at Rmb9 million.
SkyOcean also agreed to acquire from Zhejiang DreamEast Cultural Investment Co., Ltd the project plans prepared by Zhejiang DreamEast in relation to a parcel of land no. 2015-43-1, 2015-44-1, 2016-34 situated at Miao Jia Cun, Dayun Town, Jiashan County, Jiaxing City at Rmb1.5 million.
Each of Hunan DreamEast and Zhejiang DreamEast is ultimately beneficially held as to 80% by Zhou Zheng, who is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SkyOcean.
