Hopewell Holdings (00054) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 30 June 2017 dropped 29% year-on-year to HK$1,961 million.
Basic earnings per share were HK$2.25.
Turnover amounted to HK$2,360 million, an increase of 27.6% from a year earlier.
Core profit fell 6% year-on-year to HK$1,334 million, mainly due to a decrease in the profit shared from sales of The Avenue.
The Board has proposed a final dividend of HK75 cents (2016: HK75 cents) and a special final dividend of HK45 cents (2016: nil) per share, payable on 7 November.
