Towngas China (01083) said its profit after taxation attributable to shareholders for the six months ended 30 June 2017 rose 6.7% year-on-year to HK$602 million.
Basic earnings per share were HK22.21 cents.
Turnover amounted to HK$4,036 million, an increase of 17.5% from a year earlier.
Total gas sales of the Group grew 18% to 4,186 million cubic metres.
No interim dividend will be distributed.
