Convenience Retail Asia (00831) said its profit attributable to shareholders for the six months ended 30 June 2017 rose 10.2% year-on-year to HK$57.12 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK7.52 cents.
Revenue amounted to HK$2,427 million, an increase of 3.8% from a year earlier. Core operating profit grew 9.9% year-on-year to HK$70.096 million.
The Board of Directors of CR Asia has resolved to declare an interim dividend of HK4 cents (2016: HK3.5 cents) per share, payable on 14 September.
