Lai Fung Holdings (01125) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 31 July 2017 rose 69.1% year-on-year to HK$1,477 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK$4.547 and HK$4.542.
Turnover amounted to HK$1,327 million, a decrease of 35.1% from a year earlier. Gross profit dropped 39% year-on-year to HK$664 million.
Excluding the effect of property revaluations, net profit attributable to owners was around HK$987.9 million, an increase of 104% over last year.
The proposed final dividend is HK20 cents (2016 (adjusted): HK18 cents) per share, payable on 30 January 2018.
