Lai Sun Development (00488) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 31 July 2017 rose 82.3% year-on-year to HK$2,094 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK$3.465 and HK$3.455.
The Group recorded turnover of HK$1,704.1 million and a gross profit of HK$968.1 million, representing a decrease of 8.8% and 3.8% year-on-year.
The proposed final dividend is HK10 cents (2016: HK9.5 cents after the effect of the share consolidation) per share, payable on or about 30 January 2018.
