Landsea Green Properties (00106) said the contracted sales (including projects of the Group engaged in entrusted development management) of "Landsea Products" (referring to development operation fully managed by the Group) of the Group for the ten months ended 31 October 2017 amounted to about Rmb16.722 billion, a decrease of 25.99% from the same period last year, with contracted gross floor area of about 767,661 square metres.
In October, the contracted sales (including projects of the Group engaged in entrusted development management) of the Group together with its joint ventures and associates amounted to about Rmb3,539 million, down 12.4% year-on-year, with the corresponding contracted gross floor area of about 163,114 square metres.
