Central China Real Estate (00832) said it entered into management entrustment contracts for real estate projects with five parties.
The five parties include Henan Honghua Properties Limited, Shangqiu Liyongzhen Trading Limited, Yuanyang County Zhuotai Properties Development Limited, Yanjin Jianxiang Properties Limited and Zhoukou Xinhe Industrial Company Limited.
Central China Real Estate has been appointed by each of the five parties to undertake the development, operation and management of the real estate projects in Nanyang City, Shangqiu City, Xinxiang City and Zhoukou City in Henan Province.
