Tongfang Kontafarma (01312) said Ng Qing Hai has ceased to be the Managing Director but will continue to act as an executive Director with effect from yesterday.
Zhang Yi, an executive Director, has been re-designated as a non-executive Director. Jiang Chaowen, currently a member of the senior management of the Group, has been appointed by the Board as the chief executive officer, effective from yesterday.
