Shenzhen Investment (00604) said contracted sales for November amounted to about Rmb280 million, representing an increase of about 3.7% month-on-month and an increase of about 7.7% year-on-year. The contracted sales area was about 27,464 square metres, down about 7.1% month-on-month and up about 7.3% year-on-year.
For the first eleven months of this year, the Group recorded a total contracted sales of about Rmb10.79 billion, representing a decrease of about 43% year-on-year, and the total contracted sales area was about 537,099 square metres, down 39.3% year-on-year. The average selling price was about Rmb21,416 per square metre.
