EPI (Holdings) (00689) said Sue Ka Lok has stepped down from his position as Chief Executive Officer with effect from yesterday as he needs to devote more time to his other business engagements.
Sue will remain as an Executive Director and a member of the Corporate Governance Committee.
Subsequent to Sue's step down from his position as Chief Executive Officer, the day-to-day management responsibilities of this position will be temporarily taken up by all Executive Directors of EPI (Holdings) (including Sue) until a suitable candidate is appointed to fill the vacancy.
