Landsea Green Properties (00106) said contracted sales (including projects engaged in entrusted development management) of the Group, together with its joint ventures and associates for the twelve months ended 31 December 2017 amounted to about Rmb28.411 billion, up 0.22% from a year earlier, with contracted gross floor area of about 1.41 million square metres.
In December, contracted sales (including projects engaged in entrusted development management) of the Group, together with its joint ventures and associates amounted to about Rmb7.091 billion, an increase of 4.96 times year-on-year, with contracted gross floor area of about 439,311 square metres.
