MGM China (02282) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 31 December 2017 dropped 23.6% year-on-year to HK$2,320 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK61.1 cents and HK60.9 cents.
Casino revenue increased 3.1% to HK$15,053.6 million. Total operating revenue rose 3% to HK$15,356 million. Adjusted EBITDA grew 2.1% to HK$4,587 million.
The proposed final dividend is HK9.7 cents (2016: HK16 cents) per share.
For the fourth quarter of 2017, MGM China's adjusted EBITDA amounted to HK$1,294.8 million, up 9.2% year-on-year.
