Kingboard Chemical (00148) said its net profit attributable to owners for the year ended 31 December 2017 rose 11.3% year-on-year to HK$5,593 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK$5.363 and HK$5.314.
Revenue amounted to HK$43,159 million, an increase of 20.5% from a year earlier.
Underlying net profit amounted to HK$5,589 million, up 70% year-on-year.
The proposed final dividend is HK100 cents (2016: HK70 cents and special final dividend of HK30 cents) per share, payable on 15 June.
