Kingboard Laminates (01888) said its net profit attributable to owners for the year ended 31 December 2017 dropped 13.4% year-on-year to HK$3,764.5 million.
Basic earnings per share were HK$1.225.
Revenue amounted to HK$18,243 million, an increase of 17.5% from a year earlier.
Underlying net profit amounted to HK$3,735 million, up 92% year-on-year.
The proposed final dividend is HK52.6 cents (2016: HK18.5 cents and special final dividend of HK30 cents) per share, payable on 14 June.
