Wuzhou International (Wuzhou)(01369) said Shenzhen AnChuang Investment Management (Investor I), Lasa Economic Shengrui Asset Management (Investor II), Wuxi Wuzhou Ornament City (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of Wuzhou), Dali Wuzhou (a directly wholly owned by Wuxi Wuzhou Ornament City of Wuxi Wuzhou) and the Guarantors (controlling shareholders of Wuzhou, and their spouses) have entered into a cooperation agreement.
Persuant to the deal, Investor I and Investor II shall inject RMB267.45 million and RMB178.3 million respectively, as capital injection into Dali Wuzhou; and they shall provide RMB120 million and RMB80 million respectively, as shareholders' loan to Dali Wuzhou.
Upon completion of the deal, Wuxi Wuzhou Ornament City, Investor I and Investor II will hold 38.5%, 36.9% and 24.6% equity interest in the registered capital of Dali Wuzhou respectively.
