China South City (01668) said the group recorded the contracted sales of about HK$12,026 million for the year ended 31 March 2018, with gross floor area of about 1.32 million square metres at an average selling price of about HK$9,100 per square metre.
As compared to the contracted sales of the same period of last fiscal year, it represented a year-on-year increase of 39.3% (FY2016/17 full year: HK$8,636 million).
The contracted sales of the fourth quarter of from 1 January to 31 March 2018 was about HK$3,655 million which represented an increase of 92.7% as compared to the same period last year and represented an increase of 25.1%, when compared to that of the last quarter.
