Yuzhou Properties (01628) said the sales of the group was Rmb4,111 million in May, an increase of 2.9% from a year earlier, with corresponding gross floor area (GFA) sold of 290,496 square metres. The average selling price was Rmb13,809 per square metre.
In the first five months of 2018, the accumulated sales of Group was Rmb18,476 million, an increase of 2.4% over the same period last year, with the corresponding GFA sold of about 1.38 million square metres. The average selling price was Rmb13,350 per square metre. In addition, around Rmb277 million was subscribed but in the process of signing contracts as at 31 May 2018.
