Guorui Properties (02329) said the Group achieved contracted sales of about Rmb1,499 million in May, an increase of 149.8% from a year earlier, with contracted sales in terms of gross floor area (GFA) of about 114,038 square metres and contracted average selling price (ASP) amounted to about Rmb13,200 per square metre.
For the first five months of 2018, the Group achieved contracted sales totaling to about Rmb4,739 million, up 24.7% year-on-year, with contracted sales in terms of GFA of about 361,538 square metres and contracted ASP of about Rmb13,109 per square metre.
