Yida China (03639) said he Group's contracted sales amounted to about Rmb664 million in May and the Group's attributable contracted sales was about Rmb642 million, an increase of 20.1% and 43.6% from a year earlier.
During the same period, the Group's gross floor area (GFA) sold was 42,433 square metres and the Group's attributable GFA sold was 41,329 square metres. The Group's average selling price (ASP) was about Rmb15,637 per square metre and the Group's attributable ASP was about Rmb15,537 per square metre.
For the five months ended 31 May 2018, the Group's contracted sales amounted to about Rmb1,555 million and the Group's attributable contracted sales was about Rmb1,294 million, a decrease of 31.95% and 27.3% over the same period last year. During the same period, the Group's GFA sold was 122,249 square metres and the Group's attributable GFA sold was 100,922 square metres. The Group's ASP was about Rmb12,718 per square metre and the Group's attributable ASP was about Rmb12,824 per square metre.
