Jiayuan International (02768) said the contracted sales of the Group was about Rmb1,428.2 million in May, an increase of 104.3% from a year earlier, with the corresponding gross floor area sold of about 158,344 square metres. The contracted average selling price was about Rmb9,020 per square metre.
For the five months ended 31 May 2018, the contracted sales of the Group was about Rmb4,810.5 million, up 47.1% year-on-year, with the corresponding gross floor area sold of about 489,440 square metres. The contracted average selling price was about Rmb9,829 per square metre.
