Hopson Development Holdings Limited (00754) said for the one month ended 31 January 2019, the group's contracted sales amounted to RMB611 million, representing a decrease of 16.2% as compared to RMB729 million in the same period of 2018. The group also recorded contracted sales of 46,132 square metres in gross floor area.
The average selling price was RMB13,253 per square metre, representing an increase of 30.6% compared to the average selling price of RMB10,147 per square metre in the same period in 2018.
