HSBC Global Research said the HK Chief Executive Carrie Lam's measures to increase land and housing supply are not sufficient on their own
to make up for the cumulative under-supply of housing.
Growth of HK will likely continue to slow in the coming months, as such, further fiscal and policy easing measures cannot be ruled out, the research house said.
