Pantronics Holdings Limited (01611) announced that on 16 October 2019, the company offered to grant share options to selected grantees, which subject to the acceptance of the grantees, carry the rights to subscribe for a total of 3.65 million ordinary shares of HK$0.001 each of the company.
The exercise price is HK$4.36 per share, representing a premium of 4.31% of the closing price of HK$4.18 per share on the date of grant.
