HK stocks opened easier on Wednesday following the small drop of the Dow overnight. The Hang Seng Index opened up 14 points to 26,771. The H-share index fell 26 points to 10,500.
Blue chips were mixed. HSBC (00005) nudged up 0.2% to HK$61.5. HKEX (00388) edged up 0.3% to HK$243. Tencent (00700) fell 0.9% to HK$324.8. China Mobile (00941) dropped 0.6% to HK$65.25. AIA (01299) put on 0.6% to HK$75.65.
