Shunten International (Holdings) Limited (00932) said its subsidiaries have agreed to sell 70% of the issued share capital of N Dimension Limited (the target) at the consideration of HK$229 million. Upon completion, the group will cease to have any interest in the target.
The target is an information security and internet-related business services provider. It is principally engaged in the business of provision of WeChat Pay cross-border solutions to Tenpay.
