Sino Prosper (Group) Holdings Limited (00766) said Mr Leung Ngai Man (Mr Leung), the chairman of the board and an executive director, has converted 470 million convertible preference shares of the company into 470 million ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each in the capital of the company at the conversion price of HK$0.1 per convertible preference share.
Immediately following the conversion, Mr Leung holds 610.62 million shares and 431.65 million convertible preference shares issued by the company to Mr Leung on 2 May 2018 convertible into 431.65 million shares upon exercise in full of the conversion rights attaching thereto, representing approximately 29.30% and 20.71% of the total issued share capital of the company.
