Shanghai Industrial Urban Development Group Limited (00563) said its subsidiary Shanghai Shangtou Xinhong has entered into a contract to acquire the land in Shanghai, the PRC from the Shanghai Minhang Land Bureau for a total consideration of RMB428.65 million.
The land has a site area of approximately 19,937 square metres. The permitted uses of the land are commercial buildings, hotels, food and beverages businesses.
