China Aoyuan Group Limited (03883) said the company will issue senior notes in the aggregate principal amount of USD350 million, which will mature on 24 March 2026.
The offer price will be 100% of the principal amount of the notes. The notes will bear interest from and including 24 September 2020 at the rate of 6.20% per annum, payable semi-annually in arrear on 24 March and 24 September of each year, beginning 24 March 2021.
The company intends to use the net proceeds to refinance the group's existing offshore indebtedness.
