CCCC (01800) to set up project company

   China Communications Construction Company Limited (01800) said CCCC Tianjin Dredging (its subsidiary), China Urban and Rural, Northeast Institute, OriginWater and Hongrui Investment have entered into the shareholders' agreement for the joint investment in the PPP project of comprehensive water treatment for the centre area of Shidun river in Honghu City.
  The registered capital of the project company is approximately RMB319.85 million, of which approximately RMB118.34 million, RMB163.12 million, RMB3.20 million, RMB3.20 million and RMB31.98 million will be contributed by CCCC Tianjin Dredging, China Urban and Rural, Northeast Institute, OriginWater and Hongrui Investment, respectively, accounting for 37%, 51%, 1%, 1% and 10% of the total registered capital of the project company, respectively
  The scope of business of the project company is expected to include wastewater treatment and recycling, public utilities management services, municipal facilities management, environmental health public facilities installation services, natural ecosystem protection management, water pollution management, ecological restoration and ecological protection services, parking services, etc.
