[ET Net News Agency, 12 December 2017] Future World Financial (00572) said it agreed to
place, on a best effort basis, up to 1,630 million new shares at HK$0.145 per share,
representing a discount of about 17.61% to the closing price of HK$0.176.
The placing shares represent around 16.65% of the enlarged issued share capital of
Future World.
The maximum net proceeds of about HK$228 million are intended to be used for as to about
HK$51 million for repayment of margin loans, as to about HK$20 million for property
investment, as to about HK$60 million for money lending business development of the Group,
as to about HK$80 million for securities trading and investment of the Group and as to the
remaining balance for general working capital. (HL)
