【本港經濟】陳家強：料通脹續放緩，惟未來會繼續發ｉＢｏｎｄ

　　《經濟通通訊社６日專訊》財經事務及庫務局局長陳家強出席本地電台訪問時表示，外圍經
濟不穩，而內地有效控制物價，預料今年本港通脹會放緩至約３﹒５％，明年則為３％。又指，
政府今年發行ｉＢｏｎｄ（通脹掛勾債券），目的是為了發展債券市場，而市場亦期望以政府發
行的債券孳息率作參考，故未來仍有誘因再發行ｉＢｏｎｄ。
　　陳家強補充，財政預算案中宣布推出的中小企融資擔保計劃，業界對此反應良好。政府過往
推出的類似計劃，曾成功保障了近２０萬份職位。而歐債危機或會導致信貸收縮，認為該計劃屬
防範未然的措施。（ｐｃ）
